Single Classes

Multiple class sessions will be necessary to complete a piece. This class format is perfect for individuals who want to explore ceramics without committing, need additional guidance, or require flexibility due to a busy schedule. We offer single classes for beginners and advanced students. Lessons include wheel, hand building, and glazing. These classes are student-led - you come to class with a project idea or ask your instructor for a specific demo.

You will not complete a work in this class. Multiple class sessions will be necessary to complete a piece. Book below.

Saturdays 2-4 pm is WHEEL & glazing only and Sundays 10-12pm is HAND BUILDING & glazing only

• Ages 16+

• $40 per session, or purchase a discounted pack of single classes. Class packs never expire and don’t need to be used consecutively.

• Firing fees are an additional 6 cents per cubic inch per piece. For example, a pot that is 4” high, 5” wide, and 6” long will cost $7.20 to fire (4 x 5 x 6 x .06 = 7.2). There is a minimum charge of $2 per piece.

• Each single class session comes with 1 hour of open studio time that you may use during open studio hours between 10 am and 8 pm any day of the week to practice what you learned in class. Read the open studio rules before working independently.

• Cancellation: All sales and bookings are nonrefundable. Classes, workshops, and events can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior.
